These terms govern use of the website and non-binding enquiries. No purchase, payment or investment is concluded through the form. A subsequent transaction requires a separately agreed contract and the applicable pre-contract information.

2. Enquiries and quotations

The form creates an email draft. It reaches us only when you send it from your email application. Preparing or sending an enquiry creates no payment obligation. We clarify requirements and provide an individual proposal. Images, indicative prices and model descriptions do not replace an agreed technical specification.

3. Representation and distribution

An enquiry does not grant representation rights, exclusivity, a territory, commission or permission to bind MY Foods, s.r.o. These matters require a written agreement specifying the market, responsibilities, sales targets where agreed, pricing, remuneration, use of the brand, installation, after-sales service and termination. Do not present yourself as an authorised representative before such an agreement takes effect.

4. Investment discussions

This site invites initial discussions. It is not an offer of securities, a deposit service or a promise of returns. No funds are collected through this website. Any investment requires separate due diligence, agreed documentation, assessment of risks and compliance with the laws of the relevant countries. No return or commercial success is guaranteed.

5. Local requirements and project delivery

Technical suitability, permissions, installation, certification requirements, logistics, taxes and the allocation of responsibilities must be assessed for the target country and set out in the contract. Published production estimates are not an unconditional delivery commitment. Prices, payment milestones and delivery terms are agreed individually.

6. Applicable terms and updates

Separate contracts determine transaction-specific rights and obligations. Mandatory protections under applicable law, including those of consumers in other countries, remain unaffected.
