Privacy & cookies
1. Who is responsible for your data?
The controller is MY Foods, s.r.o., Laurinská 3, 811 01 Bratislava – mestská časť Staré Mesto, Slovakia, company ID 50279378, tax ID 2120254873, VAT ID SK2120254873. Registered in the Commercial Register of Bratislava III City Court, section Sro, file 110626/B. Contact us about personal data at info@safeshelter.eu, by post at our registered office or by phone at +421 911 417 883.
2. How the enquiry forms work
The forms prepare a draft message locally in your browser. Clicking the preparation button does not send an enquiry, create an order or store form contents in a website database. You decide whether to send the draft using your email application. The copy button copies it to your clipboard. Avoid including identity documents, health information or other sensitive details.
3. Data, purposes and legal grounds
If you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, message and any voluntarily provided location, company, target market or project details. We use these to respond, prepare a quotation and discuss a contract. For an individual requesting a contract, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For representatives of a business and general correspondence, it is our legitimate interest in handling business communications under Article 6(1)(f). Required fields help us prepare a usable message; without contact details we cannot reply. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
If a contract follows, necessary order, delivery and billing information is processed for performance of the contract and legal accounting obligations under Article 6(1)(b) and (c). Protection of legal claims is based on our legitimate interest. There is no automated decision-making or profiling in the enquiry forms.
4. Access and retention
Only authorised personnel and service providers necessary for hosting, email, IT support, accounting and legal assistance may access relevant data. Authorities may receive data where required by law. We retain correspondence while handling your enquiry and any resulting negotiations; after closure, it is kept only for applicable legal duties or reasonably necessary protection of claims, and then deleted. Contract and accounting records follow the statutory retention periods applicable to those records. The relevant period depends on whether an enquiry becomes a contract and whether a dispute exists.
5. Hosting, cookies and external services
The websites run on ChatGPT Sites infrastructure using Cloudflare. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, request times and browser information to deliver and protect the website. The website code does not add advertising pixels, analytics cookies or browser storage for enquiry data. Infrastructure-level security cookies may be used by the hosting provider. No advertising consent is collected or implied by using the enquiry form.
Email is processed by the providers used by the sender and recipient. International infrastructure may involve processing outside the EEA. Where a transfer subject to GDPR occurs, it must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about recipients, transfer arrangements and a copy of applicable safeguards. External links open services with their own privacy rules.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to the contact above. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension is necessary, we explain it within that month. You may complain to the Slovak supervisory authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, or the competent authority in your country.
